PARKING

Parking fees are included in your tickets. We offer shuttles from parking to the concert area. VIP parking and disabled person parking is available.

CAMPING

Party In The Pines is pleased to offer primitive tent and RV camping. Camp in the pines to enjoy the full festival experience and memories to last a lifetime.

Hotel accommodations are available in the following locations:

  • Lake City, Florida, a 15 minute drive from the concert venue.
  • Live Oak, Florida, a 15 minute drive from the concert venue.
  • Valdosta, Georgia, a 45 minute drive from the concert venue.
  • Gainesville, Florida, just under a 1-hour drive.

FAQ

ADA:

Our event and campground are ADA accessible. Please direct any questions on-site to the Information Tent or at Will Call upon your entry to Party In The Pines.

Admission:

Print at Home Tickets and all other tickets are exchanged at the Gate for wristbands. Your wristband is your passport to Party In The Pines. Wristbands will not be replaced, are non-transferable and void if tampered with.

Animals:

We do not allow animals to be brought into Bienville Plantation, Party In The Pines concert venue or our camping area. Services animals are allowed and must be registered at Will Call.

Beverages:

No outside food, beverages (including bottled water), coolers, or alcoholic beverages are allowed inside the concert area. A wide selection of your favorite food, waters and sodas, beer and alcoholic beverages are available for sale inside the concert venue.

Big Screen Video:

To enhance your concert experience, three wide screen videos are strategically placed in the concert venue. Every seat will feel like a front row seat!

Cameras:

Still cameras are welcome. Video cameras, recording devices or laser pointers are strictly prohibited and subject to confiscation.

Camping:

RV and Tent Camping is available. Our campsites vary in size and do not include hookups.
 CAMPING POLICIES

Chairs:

Our event is “festival style seating.” Festival-attendees may bring one chair per person. No double chairs, recliners, wagons or chair caddies. Strollers and infant seats are not allowed in the Reserved or VIP seating areas.

Children:

Children of all ages are welcome. A Child’s Ticket for ages 6-12 is available and ages 5 and under are free. Everyone in the Reserved or VIP seating areas must have the appropriate ticket/credentials. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

First Aid:

Clearly marked First Aid stations are available in the Concert Venue. Emergency Medical Vehicles are also on-site in the event of an emergency requiring their use.

Food & Beverages:

Tickets for the next Party In The Pines Music Festival will be available in the Concert Venue during this years show.

Gates:

Gates will open at Noon each day. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid the late afternoon long line up. For the safety of all our patrons, there will be a search of all bags at the front gate. No coolers, food, beverages, drugs, alcohol or weapons are allowed. Video cameras or any recording devices are strictly prohibited as are laser pointers and all will be confiscated. This is strictly enforced.

Information Booth:

An Information Booth is located inside the concert venue. Also available at this booth is Lost and Found.

Parking:

A limited number of Premium Parking Passes are available. Parking is included in your admission ticket.

Photography:

Still cameras are welcome. Video cameras, recording devices or laser pointers are strictly prohibited and subject to confiscation.

Reserved Seating:

The Reserved Seating area is located in front of the stage and offers excellent viewing and great photo opportunities. Reserved seating is sold as a 2-day ticket only. Chairs are provided. No strollers or infant seats permitted in Reserved Seating section. Everyone in the reserved seating section regardless of age must have a reserved ticket and the appropriate wristband WITH THE EXCEPTION of infants age 1-year or younger. Smaller children who are not sitting on parents’ laps must have a ticket.

Restrooms:

Port-o-lets are available throughout the concert venue, including handicap-accessible port-o-lets. Hand washing facilities are available.

Second Stage:

In between artists sets on the main stage, artists will be performing on a second stage in the venue, for a constant flow of music.

Smoking:

The use of Tobacco is only permitted in designated smoking areas. “Tobacco” is defined to include any lighted or unlighted cigarette, cigar, pipe, clove cigarette, and any other smoking product, smokeless, dip, chew, snuff in any form, nicotine or nicotine-delivering devices or tobacco substitutes. This does not include FDA-approved nicotine replacement therapy products used for the purpose of cessation.

Swimming:

ABSOLUTELY NO SWIMMING IS ALLOWED IN ANY OF BIENVILLE PLANTATION’S LAKES! Our beautiful resort is full of wildlife of all varieties, and we expect our guests to respect our environment and natural habitat. Our lakes are also home to alligators and therefore no swimming or entering our lakes in any manner is allowed. No fishing is allowed during the event.

Weather:

Party In The Pines is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event. Please be prepared for hot, sunny days and cool evenings. Comfortable shoes, sunscreen and warm clothing for the evening hours are advised.

Wristbands:

Your concert ticket will be exchanged for a festival wristband. These will be provided at the Will Call building, clearly marked upon entrance to the festival grounds. This wristband is required for entry into the concert site and will not be replaced if cut, damaged or tampered with in any way.

VIP Seating:

The VIP Seating area is located in front of the stage and offers excellent viewing and great photo opportunities. VIP seating is sold as a 2-day ticket only. Chairs are provided. No strollers or infant seats permitted in VIP Seating section. Everyone in the VIP seating section regardless of age must have a reserved ticket and the appropriate wristband/credentials WITH THE EXCEPTION of infants age 1-year or younger. Smaller children who are not sitting on parents’ laps must have a ticket.

CAMPING INFORMATION

You may download and print the RV & Tent Camping Regulations for your reference.

  • AMENITIES:   Water, portable toilets, recycling, and sanitation services are provided at each campground.  There are NO HOOK-UPS available at any of the campgrounds.
  • CAMP HOSTS: Each campground has Camp Hosts, who are available to check you in, help locate your site if needed, and to answer questions.  Please be courteous and cooperate fully with your Camp Hosts.  They are there to help make your stay pleasant and safe and have the authority to evict persons violating Party in the Pines rules.
  • CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in begins Thursday, October 19 at 2 pm.  Please do not arrive before 2 pm.  Once you are parked in the campsite, you will not be allowed to move RVs or tents.
  • CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out is no later than Sunday, October 22 at 11 am.  Please remove all trash and personal property from your campsite, leaving it as clean or cleaner than when you arrived.  No personal items will be saved
  • FIRES:  Absolutely NO FIREWORKS, CAMPFIRES, OPEN FLAME FIRES, OR OPEN FLAME CANDLES will be allowed.   This includes charcoal grills and other open flame devices. Covered Portable Fire Pits, Propane stoves, and grills are the only exceptions.  Traegers are not allowed.  Please be extremely cautious when smoking. The festival site and campgrounds will be subject to any potential burn bans by the State of Florida Division of Forestry, which, if enacted, will be strictly enforced.
  •  DRONES: Absolutely NO drones allowed in campgrounds or on the festival site.  Drone flying will result in your immediate removal from Party in the Pines.
  • GOLF CARTS: No golf carts or other electric/gas powered vehicles will be allowed
  • PASSES:  Your Camp Host will exchange your ticket for a camping pass and your allocated amount of wristbands. Camping passes must be visible at all times while in the campground. The campsite fee includes one vehicle with a steering wheel (RV, or Truck pulling a 5th Wheel, or other personal vehicles, etc).  Any other vehicle will be considered an Extra Vehicle and must have an Extra Vehicle Permit.  Extra Vehicle Permits are $50 for the weekend and are sold by the Camp Hosts.  If you have more than one site, the per-site count of RV’s and vehicles cannot exceed the total number of your sites but can be located anywhere within in your sites. All RVs, tents, vehicles, and property must be kept within your site boundaries. All roads in campgrounds are classified as fire-access roads and cannot be blocked.  Vehicles or any other property blocking the roads will be removed at the owner’s expense.  Camp Access Passes are available for purchase if you have more than the allocated number of people in your campsite. Each tent site comes with FOUR Camp Access Passes, and RV sites each come with EIGHT Camp Access Passes. Additional passes will be available for purchase on site as well. Camp Sites MUST BE PURCHASED in order to camp overnight. Camp Access Passes are only to add ADDITIONAL campers in each campsite.
  • REMOVAL FROM FESTIVAL SITE/CAMPGROUNDS: Patrons who behave in a way that could be considered obscene, indecent, lewd, racially offensive, suggestive, harassing, threatening, objectionable, or unlawful shall be subject to loss of band(s), removal from all festival properties, and punishable to the full extent of the law.
  •  PETS: NO PETS will be allowed into the campground or festival site.  (Properly documented service animals permitted.)
  • PROTECT YOUR BELONGINGS and lock-up all valuables including coolers, bikes, and generators when leaving them unattended and overnight.  Party in the Pines, Bienville Plantation, and Bienville Entertainment, LLC, are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property of any kind.
  • QUIET TIME:  Please be considerate of your neighbors and observe the established quiet time:  Thursday-Saturday: midnight to 7:00 am.  Generator use is allowed outside of quiet time hours only if it does not disturb or asphyxiate the other campers.  Security reserves the right to prohibit the use of any generator at any time.
  • SHOWERS will be available in the campgrounds for a small fee.  Cash only.
  • SWIMMING: ABSOLUTELY NO SWIMMING IS ALLOWED IN ANY OF BIENVILLE PLANTATION’S LAKES. Our beautiful resort is full of wildlife of all varieties, and we expect our guests to respect our environment and natural habitat.   • SWIMMING POOLS: Above ground swimming pools are NOT allowed.  Kiddie pools ARE allowed.
  • ALL campers MUST purchase an event ticket.  Event wristband must be worn at all times while in the campground.
